Austin Dale Group helps business owners grow and sell their businesses, or buy other businesses, in order to reach their goals. We specialize in information technology companies with revenues from $1M to $15M. We aim to enhance the value of our clients’ businesses before, during, and after a merger or acquisition.
History
John W. Austin and Robert (Bob) Dale founded Austin Dale Group, Inc. in 2003 to help other business owners and investors like themselves. Previously, John and Bob started Austin Data Systems (ADS), and built it into a leading regional high tech software and service firm with multiple offices. They bought and sold several lines of business during their 15 years of running ADS, culminating in the sale of the company in 2000.
