Austin Dale Group offers Business Value Enhancement Services to owners and executives who are preparing for a business transfer and wish to align the company with the interests of the potential buyers. This is usually characterized by understanding the key value drivers and working together to maximize the potential of the business. Our services are usually structured as part-time CFO or COO engagements. After we assess the current position of the company, we work with owners and management to create a strategic plan. After that our client has a roadmap to follow, using their own staff which may be augmented by an ADG team member acting as a part-time CFO or COO. Working together, we can focus on and improve the key value drivers, make the company more attractive for buyers, and maximize the exit value. This process may last from three months to three years.
